My husband and I bought a 3 wheel mobility scooter from Mobility Plus. The scooter fits in the back of our car. It is very comfortable to ride. I also purchased a new CPAP mask and was happy they had one like I have been using. The people helping us were pleasant and very informative .
Long story short.... They have lied to me. They have overcharged me. I have used them for C-PAP Supplies and paid more after my insurance paid than the cash price would have been if I were not using insurance at all. They sent me supplies that they told me they had verified would be covered 100% by insurance and then sent me a bill and said I needed to check and see why my insurance company lied to them.
They actually put ordering my supplies on hold until they confirmed I would have no out of pocket expense (which took them almost a week) because I had met my total out of pocket for the year. I specifically told them I would not order the supplies. if there would be a charge because I can get them almost 70% less from Amazon. I will post an update to this review if they resolve the matter. As of now I warn anyone considering doing business with them to beware. You can save a fortune if you'll shop online.
I had to go and pick up my CPAP on January 3, 2020, and when I walked into the business the lady whom greeted me was so kind, within five minutes Tammy was showing me my machine, and answering my questions. Tammy was so kind, and did take her time with me, and went over everything I needed to be aware of. I will keep my business with them for sure. It is nice to know you are a human and not a number. Thank you so much Tammy. Blessings
I have been trying to get them to send my records to a local company in Tulsa to handle my cpap needs.
When the new company requested the records. Mobility plus refused to send them to the company. So the ordering doctor called and requested them to send the records, they refused to send them. So I called, to requested the records.
This when I was told I needed a release signed and faxed to them. All I'm trying to do is get my cpCP supplies moved to a local company. I have breast cancer and it's hard for me to drive to Muskogee.
My advice to anyone is never use mobility plus in Muskogee for anything. They are rude, refuse to help the patient.
The most uncaring,unprofessional business I've ever dealt with.I talked with multiple employees at this company and all of them were rude and not helpful...long story short..I canceled my equipment order and went elsewhere. The way you are talked to and treated matter..go somewhere else..you deserve that!
